Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
- Divide meat into 4 - 8 equal parts and form meatballs by hand. Do not over work them.
- Simmer garlic in a fry pan until slightly browned.
- Add meatballs to pan and brown on two sides for a couple minutes. The garlic should encrust itself on the meatballs.
- Add meatballs to a large pot of your favorite tomato sauce.
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
